Positive Vibes Xpressions is the music arm of Covenant Care Community Services. Essentially we creatively use the art of music to drive social interaction and cohesion both at the individual and community level:
1. We teach individuals how to express themselves through music
2. We partner with other community and music organisations to use music to celebrate and promote cultural diversity and cultural       maintenance in our migrant communities 
3. We use our "Music for Mental Health" campaign to  reduce the stigma on mental  health 
4. We use music to reduce social isolation - see our Positive Xpressions Music Jam Sessions.
