Music For Mental Health - Campaign

Positive Vibes Xpressions - is the music arm of Covenant Care Community Services. We are running this  community campaign to fight the stigma on mental illness. We want the community to know that getting a medical diagnosis of mental illness is not the end. It is rather the beginning of a new journey  when the individual is able to harness the healing power of music. See Positive Vibes Xpressions for more details

We will also have a monthly virtual program through zoom with live performances. We encourage musicians struggling with mental health issues in our community to join us and share their story. We are family .... let's do life together.
