
NDIS SUPPORT SERVICES
HOUSEHOLD TASKS
We provide help with general maintenance of your household and domestic activities tasks around the house. This service is aimed to help clients remain independent and comfortable in their own homes.
We consult with our participants to best understand their priorities and individual needs. We will adjust our service to deliver person-centred solutions. We understand every clients home is different and the level of domestic service will vary on each individual way of living.

COMMUNITY ACCESS
We help participant to access the community for social and recreation activities either individually or in a group. We can also support you in attending a centre-based program to develop skills that will help you to access the community independently.
Our support services include but not limited to

Recreation and leisure activities

Personal interest activities like art, woodwork, beauty, cooking and volunteering
If you wish, we help you join in community, social and civic activities in your area with support from our friendly carers who will be with you every step of the way, helping you participate, and strengthening your ability to participate independently.
We assist our participants to find activities that will engage their joy trigger and be motivated to achieve their goals.

MUSIC FOR MENTAL HEALTH
We develop fun individual music activities that allows our participants to engage with music in a way that enable them to create and release their individual rhythms and language of music. This allows our participants to positively express themselves through music which can harness positive moods and emotions in ways that reinforces mental health and wellbeing.

YARD MAINTENANCE
Whether you are after regular lawn mowing or gardener care and maintenance, a garden makeover or tidy up, our team can help. Our teams have a wide range of experience from lawn restoration, turf laying and soft landscaping to plant selection, irrigation installation and soil restoration etc.

LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
We provide a range of different support items to build everyday life skills. These include

Shopping and Paying Bills
These supports help you to live as independently as possible We will work with participants across a range of settings, including in the home, in the community and, where appropriate and agreed to by all parties, within the context of their day-to-day experience, such as their employment or educational facilities.
In addition to the general life skills required for an individual to participate in their communities, we can provide a range of services to participants to ensure their participation is socially meaningful. We can assist participants understand and follow standards for social etiquette, both in specific contexts and generally, including an understanding of appropriate and inappropriate social conversation and communication. We can work with participants to develop their skills for making friends and social acquaintances, as well as sustaining these friendships over a period.

PERSONAL CARE
We assist with and/or supervise personal tasks of daily life to enable our participant to live as autonomously as possible. The kinds of supports include:

Personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing and grooming

Toileting, bladder and bowel management and menstrual care

Eating and drinking

Attending appointments
-
Use of aids and appliances, hearing and communication devices

Mobility and transferring such as moving in and out of bed, on or off the toilet
These supports will help you to live as independently as possible.
